Arrival time for a group of students

Hi!

I take a group of university students to Devoxx on Mon 14 and Tue 15.
We come by train and I was wondering at what time we should arrive at
Metropolis to be able to register all the 20 students, breakfast (is
there any breakfast available?) and attend the first speech.

Could you help me?

Breakfast is available from 8 am onwards and an envelope with students
tickets will be available at the information desk.
