As you might know, ISKCON now has several temples in Bangalore. The temple at Seshadripuram has been existing since 1998. The presiding Deities here are Lord Jagannath, Baladeva and Subhadra Devi. This temple (http://www.iskconbengaluru.co.in/) is in the heart of the city and is less than 3 km from Bangalore Junction railway station. For last 15 years, devotees have been serving the Lord in a rented facility. Devotees have been thinking of own temple with better facilities for the pleasure of the Lord. Finally the Lord reciprocated with the devotee’s heartfelt desire J
Just adjacent to the existing temple, devotees have purchased the land. On this land, beautiful temple of the Lord along with Govinda’s restaurant, gift shop etc are being planned… To make this whole project viable, a housing society in the same compound is planned exclusively for the devotees. Following are the benefits of investing in this scheme:
· Devotees have formed a society for developing the scheme. Devotees with expertise in Vaastu, construction etc are in the team. Profits from the scheme will be utilized for the construction of Lord Jagannath’s temple.
· The society is exclusively for the devotees and is within the same compound as the temple – extremely useful for rendering various services to the Lord and Krishnize our existence
· Society will be gated for restricting access to the residents and the authorized persons
· Current market price in this area is from Rs 9,500 to 10,000 / sq ft. Devotees are being offered the rate of Rs 7000/sft till 24th May 2013 (Earlier it was planned as 10th May 2013, but was extended as it took some time in finalizing the plan). So we get close to 30% discount as compared to current price.
· In case one is not sure of staying in the society but wants to buy flat for investment purpose, one can do that. One need not register in such a case. If the flat is transferred to some other devotee before registration, transfer charge of Rs 200 /sft will have to be given to the society.

I forgot to add one point – the flats are made as per Vedic Vastu, they are 80 to 90% Vastu compliant. One can hope for peace and prosperity – both materially and spiritually.
HG Radha Krishna Gour prabhu worked with HH Danvir Swami Maharaj for 1 year when Maharaj was doing research for our Mayapur temple (Temple of Vedic Planetarium). Thus prabhu learned various aspects of Vastu and became very interested in pursuing it as career. He then got the training under a very accomplished Vastu practitioner.
