Having recently evaluated several opportunities about agile software
development with different partners, I wanted to share with you the
fruit of this reflection. Because, even if the Digital Innovation is
in the code, it is on the developers that the focus is needed not on
the technique. More than technology, it is the mix, the difference,
complementarity and shares which are now the keys to success and
efficiency. Thus, these experiences have taught me that to keep
his talents, they must unite around a value, the Software Craftsmanship :
