Retaining Wall

Good morning Board - my home is currently being inspected regarding for structural damage (due to water infiltration). The inspector informed me that the retaining wall is collapsing in 4 different areas. Since this not a part of my home and therefore not my responsibility, this will not be in his report. 

Just want to let you know so you can handle from your end. I look forward to a update.

It has been almost 2 months. I hope there has been movement on this and work will start soon. The wall has multiple cracks and is clearly indicating structural shifting as previously identified.

Was your contractor talking about the whole wall perimeter wall including the one that divides us from the railroad tracks? Or just the front wall facing the train station?

Repairs to the railroad side were discussed two years, not two months  ago

No he was on referencing my side (streets) and side facing the yard.
