I recently heard through informal channels that an HOA meeting is scheduled for this Saturday. However, several residents — including Arvind, Ann, Jim, and myself — have not received any formal notice regarding this meeting.
Most HOA bylaws require that advance notice be provided to all members prior to any official meeting, typically within a specified timeframe (e.g., several days or weeks depending on the type of meeting).
