Fwd: Updated Sliding Door Proposal

Good morning,

Andy and I are replacing our sliding rear door, which is one of the sources of our leaks. Attached, please find the spec sheet with the door we have chosen, for HOA approval, which is exactly like the door we have. Note that the outside handle on the spec sheet is black, which was an error on the spec sheet—all outside-facing hardware will be white, so as to be uniform with the other doors in the HOA. We are using Matus Windows and Doors in Glenside, the same company that replaced our French doors 2 years ago.

We would appreciate the board’s prompt approval so the door can be ordered and installed.
