Please try the 12.2.7 Windows 64bit binaries linked from the github pages: https://github.com/cpbotha/devide/wiki/Downloads -- they should have everything included.

Please note that DeVIDE is not being actively maintained. If you're starting a new project, I would evaluate the other VTK-based offerings available.

I have no favourites at the moment. I would start with checking what's doing well in the VTK world, and make sure to evaluate with your specific domain in mind.

If DeVIDE is still working for you, there's no rush to switch yet. It will continue working as it has up to now. :)

And,I think other projects that based on VTK with Dream Command System as Devide Runtime Environment.

For example as Geophysics Modelling.
