File Allocation

I am using DeVide software for the purpose of creating an STL file
from .dcm. I can't complete an entire data set without receiving
error messages regarding file allocation. It fails when using edited
or unedited data. (edited data = previously segmented data from a
workstation)

My attempts are numerous and my failure points vary. (possible
failures as soon as step 2 during double threshold....or later in the
process..step 4 or 5)

If anyone could offer some advice, it would be appreciated.

Apparently it's something to do with memory size (comments, 2nd page) -- try switching to 64bit?

I'm using a 32bit computer and I get the same error message every once in a while, especially with double threshold. Generally, I've found that if I delete the module and then re-add it the error message goes away, although I haven't figured out what triggers the error. I'm getting a 64bit computer soon, so maybe that will solve the problem.
