Subject: Forming one volume with 3 data sets

I would like to first introduce myself. I am a dentist currently pursuing training in Endodontics in the US. We readily utilize CBCT to diagnose lesions and missed root canals of teeth. The CT has a limited window but isotropic voxels, so the measurements are dead on. What we can visualize what is happening on any portion of the tooth through a scan which correlates where it will be on the patient.

I recently came across Devide, an amazing tool, with the hopes of rendering 3D mesh models of the teeth we scan without purchasing expensive software. I have to stress I am not a programmer and my knowledge of computers in general is amateur. However, I would like to be able to master this software in the area of interest.

I have attached a screen shot of the problem I am encountering. I have 3 data sets each corresponding to the X, Y, Z series. I am attempting to merge to import into 3dvwr. I have no clue what to do.

Thank you all in advance and especially for an incredible piece of software.
