Google is organizing a Google Developer Summit series in Sub Saharan African and has just made the announcement below:

"We invite your technical team to join Googlers and experts from around the world in talks and hands-on codelabs covering Android Apps with a focus on Material Design, building non-native mobile web apps with a focus on Push Notifications and Offline Page Caching for Chrome and more. 

Registration is free, by invitation only, and limited to 70 participants per city."

Hi James,

Thanks for reaching out for clarification on this. 

Did you see the confirmation page after submitting the completed form(there are multiple pages by the way)?  If you did then your details will be in the database. But if you did not see that page, then you probably did not complete the process, and you should do it again.
