Development in Action are currently recruiting 2x Indian Volunteer Co-
ordinators to run our volunteer scheme on the ground in India in 2007.
This challenging role runs for 6 months from June and offers the
opportunity to work with our Indian NGO partners and gain experience
of the development sector in India.
The primary responsibilities of the India Co-ordinators are to run 2x
Orientation weeks for volunteers in Pondicherry, to maintain and
develop the relationship between DiA and its Indian partner
organisations; to keep contact strong between operations in India and
the UK and to research the Indian NGO sector in order to identify
potential future partners.
