Dear Colleagues,
Please find attached the announcement and the call for paper of the
international conference ANIMMA 2013 (Advancements in Nuclear
Instrumentation, Measurement Methods and their Applications) which will be
held, this year, in city of Marseille from June 23 to 27, 2013.
ANIMMA is organized by the CEA in association with the Belgian Nuclear
Research Center (SCK-CEN) and the Aix Marseille University (AMU).
This Conference concerns scientific and industrial activities related to
nuclear instrumentation and measurements, both in nuclear field
activities and other activities using instrumentations with nuclear
radiations, as, safeguards, homeland security, environmental, medical
sciences... It's an opportunity to bring together the various concerned
communities to compare their latest instrumentation research and
development in different areas: physics, nuclear energy, nuclear fuel
cycle, safety, security, future energies (GEN III +, GENIV, ITER...) and
to share the knowledge, identify innovative perspectives and establish new
co-operations.
The first two editions of the Conference, ANIMMA 2009 which was held in
Marseille and ANIMMA 2011 held in Gent, were a great success with
respectively 430 and 300 participants from 30 countries.
