FHI 360 Nepal   REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR RENOVATION OF MICROBIOLOGY (BACTERIOLOGY) LABORATORIES (Date of announcement: September 8, 2019)   FHI 360, an international non-governmental organization, is seeking a proposal from locally registered and qualified companies/firms, to provide renovation services at eleven (11) Microbiology Laboratories within and outside Kathmandu Valley.   Interested and qualified bidders are requested to submit the proposal in accordance with the instructions outlined in the RFP. The detailed RFP can be requested through email at nepa...@fhi360.org or a hard copy can be collected from FHI 360 Nepal Country Office reception desk between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday).   Questions and requests for clarification can be sent to nepa...@fhi360.org no later than 5:00 p.m. of September 24, 2019; phone inquiries will not be entertained.   Hard copy of the proposal along with electronic copies of all the documents in CD/ pen drive can be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Proposal for Renovation of Microbiology Laboratories” through following mailing address: FHI 360 Nepal, P.O. Box: 8803, Kathmandu (Tel: 4437173) OR, Hand delivered to FHI 360 Nepal’s Country Office located in Anamika Galli, Baluwatar (Reception area, Ground Floor).   Deadline for submission of Proposal is September 30, 2019, 5:00 p.m. (In case of submission through postal mailing address, only envelopes postmarked before the deadline date will be considered). Proposal received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
