Lanaguage and Communication skills measure

Good morning colleagues,

I am looking for a short measure to use in a parental report on children's language and communication skills. The children are 3 to 5 years old. I will be using this as a covariate not for diagnostic purposes. I am looking for an unlicensed measure.
