This is not a authorative answer but its my understanding that these are just warnings not fatal errors, If you continue with the process it will probably still work. (It did for me with similar errors)

Paul T is correct, these are warnings, not errors.  I'm not seeing these warnings.  And I can't speculate on why you're seeing them without knowing what versions of npm and node you're using.
