Budgets?

Friends,

When and how are we going to plan the budget?? Any ideas??

Should we take inspiration from this

What budget are we looking at ?? 2 lakhs?

How much money did we raise for PHPCamp?

We did not raise any money for PHPCamp.

1. We got sponsors for T-shirts, Lunch, Misc ( Badges, Stationery
items, Banners )
2. Putting the names of the sponsor who were late, wouldn't be good.

For Developer Garage, if it 250 campers ( with speakers)

Major cost for which you need sponsors

T-shirt - 180/
Lunch - 50Rs (including Tea cost)

Some sponsor's don't like to give out 'Cash' ( Tax issues). So they
take the responsibility of sponsoring individual heads.

Best, take BCP and tweak it. We did BCP budget keeping lot of things
in Mind.

actually cost for lunch+tea was 50+5 +12.5% VAT
