500 errors on /authorize call

As of this afternoon I'm getting 500 errors on the /authorize call to the sandbox after logging in with the synthetic user. Is this a system-wide issue?

This issue has been resolved. We had an em dash (–) in our registered app name, which is not supported by the sandbox dev portal. Once we removed it things started working again.
