I tried several users, none of them have any claims data. What am I missing?

Hi there, thanks for your question. These synthetic users should have claims data coming back. In order to assist you, can you provide a bit more information on what you tried? 

1) What environment are you working against?
2) What API call are you using?
3) What specifically are you seeing when you make the call (for instance, a Bundle with 0 results)?
