Authorization_code grant type 405 (Method not allowed) error while exchanging authorization code

Hello, 

Have others experienced issues when omitting the trailing '/' on 'v2/o/token'? Specifically during the POST to the token endpoint to exchange an authorization code for an access token.

When I omit the '/' I receive a HTTP Status Code 301 redirect with location set to 'v2/o/token/'. The token endpoint returns a HTTP Status Code of 405, method not allowed when using HTTP GET instead of POST.
