500 on sandbox sign up and no verification email

Howdy,

I have tried signing up for a sandbox account 3 times over the course of the past week and have received a 500 error each time.  

My accounts appear to have been created, as I am asked to click the verification link in my email when trying to log in but I never received a verification email!

I have emailed support at BlueBu...@cms.hhs.gov but never heard anything back. 

What can I try next?

Thanks for letting us know. We have discovered an issue with Sandbox signup that is related to the maintenance we are currently doing on the API. We hope to have the Sandbox signup process up and running shortly, and will update here when it's working again.
