FYI [NO ACTION REQUIRED]: Change to a user's authorization experience

For your awareness, Medicare.gov is now allowing users to opt in to multi-factor authentication (MFA). MFA  is optional for Medicare.gov users. Users who choose to use MFA will see a screen to enter their MFA code after logging in to Medicare.gov.

We don’t expect this change to disrupt a user’s experience authorizing applications via the Blue Button 2.0 API.
