CMS Sandbox login

Hello,

We are trying to login to the CMS Sandbox using the following endpoint

https://sandbox.bluebutton.cms.gov/v1/fhir

After entering the username and password ( BBUser00000/PW00000!) we are taken to a page which is asking for confirmation of the email address where a security code can be sent to. Please let us know which email address to choose and how we can get the security code.

I also saw this in the sandbox.  It started occurring recently and I wasn’t sure what’s to do with it either.

Apologies that you are experiencing this issue. We are currently working on an issue with BBUser00000, so we suggest using any of the other 30,000 synthetic user accounts that are accessible to you. You can read more about them here.

This is a follow-up that we have resolved the issue with BBUser00000, so this synthetic user account can be used again, along with any of the other 30,000 synthetic user accounts.
