Can we fetch patients' Medicare data without involving patient?

Hi Team,

I want to know, is there any way to get patient data without sending patients to the Medicare login page. I want to fetch patient coverage data through the provider portal to check CPT codes available in patients' coverage. Please guide me for the same.
