QueryPath 2.0 Alpha and changes that are still coming

I've posted an alpha release at
http://github.com/technosophos/querypath/downloads

Before releasing 2.0, though, there is still more work that needs to
be done. The highest profile change will be the removal of the
QueryPath interface, and the renaming of QueryPathImpl to QueryPath.
