Miss option to get 4:3 letterboxed video (with blacks bars above and under) to 16:9 full frame. (with no black bars or pan & scan)

Can add it? Thanks.

I was starting to check the options to implement this, and found that it is already implemented... Just choose a video in the list of videos added to Devede, click on Properties and go to "Video options". There choose 16:9 as output format, and the right expand mode.
