Subtitles are not sync with FFMPEG

Hello,

Firstly, I want to say thank you for this interesting tool!
With the 3.21.0 version, if I create a DVD with subtitles, there is a
problem with the synchronisation of these subtitles (I think, there is
a delay).
But if I recreate the same DVD with Mencoder, subtitles are
synchronised.

First, thanks for the branches, they look very good! At this moment I'm
quite busy, but I hope to have some spare time in a few days to merge them.

About the delay, I'm not sure... I have to do some tests. How big is the
delay? one-two seconds, but constant? A progressive rate (like if the
movie is being played a little faster)?
