two problems: Multithread and Missing Menues

Hi,

I'm using ubuntu 12.04, and the 3.21 DEVEDE version.

1) When I use the multithread option, the program use only logical 2
cores (I have 8 logical cores, i7-2630qm), why? in windows version the
program can use 6-7...

2) I cant see the menues created in the DVD mode (in a DVD player)

ubuntu use ffmpeg v0.8.1, should I use the version 0.10.2?, is this
the problem?

Update: I update ffmpeg to 0.10.2 and the problem continues
