Devede: new version 3.17.0

[Raster]

Hi all:

Yesterday I launched a new version of Devede (3.17.0). This version
contains all the GIT changes made these last moths, but now is
available in tar.bz2 and .deb formats. As usual, you can download it
from

http://www.rastersoft.com/programas/devede.html

Now, the main line will be replacing Mencoder with FFmpeg. I hope to
have it in a couple of months.

Not sure if it's just my system, but I get a bad owner warning raster/
raster during install. I'm using Ubuntu 11.04. Otherwise it
installed fine. Can't test it right now, off to set up a fireworks
show.
