Hi, just wanted to ask about the website https://apimirror.com/ , it look awfully like devdocs, but there is not mention or credit toward devdocs

This website is indeed violating DevDocs's copyright and license. Unfortunately there isn't much that can be done, apart from sending a DMCA complaint to their hosting provider and/or suing them, neither of which I believe is worth my time at this stage (it'd be a different story if this was a popular website, but AFAICT it isn't).
