Join the DevCongress Slack community

Hello everyone,

TL;DR We started a Slack community for developers in Ghana. It's called devcongress-community.slack.com and you can invite yourself through slack.devcongress.org. It's been running for a while now.

I don't believe Slack will kill email, but for conversations, especially in communities, and categorizing discussions, I think it gives email a run for its money. It has massive adoption in the local tech scene--a sizable number of companies use it internally. It's also doing well in the open source community. Ember's Slack killed its IRC channel.
