Status update:

Over the last few months I have been doing a lot of work on a new
JavaScript loader that DeveloperCompanion is going to be running on.

You can take a look at the loader here: https://github.com/sourcemint/loader-js

The core loader work is getting close to completion for what I
initially need and I am planning to port DeveloperCompanion to it over
the next few months. Along with that will come lots of changes to
DeveloperCompanion and related projects aimed at simplifying and
streamlining the codebase and user workflow. The FirePHP & Insight API
will see no changes.

This latest refactor should be the last major refactor before
DeveloperCompanion 1.0 goes stable hopefully later this year.
