I am building out a rapid system prototyping platform at
http://devcomp.io/ that is used to run
http://firebug.io/ which is an
instance I am building out to facilitate the development of
Firebug.Next, which is the next version of Firebug that will support a
full remote debug protocol.
Firebug.Next is my new target for having a compatible release for the
PHP insight libraries along with a library for Javascript/NodeJS. They
will be fully integrated with Firebug.Next and Firefox as well as any
devcomp.io compatible API.
I will be using HTTP headers for signaling only and defer the transfer
of debug data to various outside mechanisms.
If you are interested in following this work you can look to this list
for announcements and participate in the
devcomp.io weekly live hack
sessions which I will be starting up again next year.

The system will have an extensive meta API that you can use to feed any
knowledge-base or information portal you need.
If you can expand on your use-cases and your point of view we can see
if we can work together.
