Invitation to participate in a survey aimed at developing a maturity model for assessing HCI practices

Dear colleagues,

I am inviting you to participate in a survey developing a maturity model for assessing HCI practices in development companies. The model is emerging from 4 years of activities on my doctoral studies. I have been collaborating with experts both in academia and in the industry and the HCI maturity model has evolved to support development companies regarding assessing the maturity for process and infrastructure of human-centred developments, usability performance in projects, and assessing usability impacts. I am inviting practitioners as experts to help me finalize the model by rating the extent of consistencies of the dimensions of the model with their constructs.
