Reg: IRC Meet For DevCamp Volunteers

Dear Friends,

As days runs, we are very near to DevCamp2010 on this saturday.

Shall we meet together in IRC before thursday/firday ?

So that the volunteers ( like me ) will come to know , what are all the works have to do on DevCamp program,
on what time we should be there?

Also we can split the works for volunteers in IRC itself.

@Moderator : please arrange the IRC meet and announce the schedule in mailing list.

If the meet should be in evening or 8 pm means, it will be comfortable to all.

Good idea.

Lets keep the meeting on Thursday. Friday will be too late. The
Registrations have reached 275, even if we expect 50% of the attendees
to turn up for the event, that is still a big number. So we need
serious moderation.

Please start the meeting in IRC by 8 PM, IRC node will be #dcc1. The
devcamp moderators will join.
