1. There won't be any 'pre-planned' schedule. The schedule is *made* on the
day of the event.
2. A board will be setup with a timetable. 'Timing' as rows and 'Session
slots' as columns. The cells will be empty. The speaker should choose
whichever timeslot she/he prefers and register at that moment (yeah. Sort of
first come first serve)
3. No plans on what the session timing would be - this will also be decided
on the day of the conference. Typically a session might run for an hour (40
min talk + 20 min for Q & A)
Projectors, Microphones, WiFi facilities will be available.
