Key Responsibilities |
Ø Design support for fabricated structures. Ø Preparation of General Arrangement and Cross-sectional drawings for Production. Ø Preparation of fabricated structural models & drawings related to connections of columns, beams & bracings, Ladder, stairs & handrails. Ø Model Modification/Creation upon client request. Ø Preparation of manufacturing drawings for casting, machined parts, sheet metal parts using Solid works and release to manufacturing. Ø Quality check of manufacturing drawings as per standards. Ø Preparation of BOM and release to manufacturing & production through PDM software. Ø Drive knowledge sharing sessions and lessons learnt to prevent the defects in future. Ø To ensure design development is undertaken in accordance with project requirement & budget. Ø Sound knowledge in GD&T and welding symbols. Ø Tools: Solid Works . Ø Experience: 5 to 8 years |
