Job Description as follows :
Position Title : C# Engineer (Candidate should H1 – Visa & Willing to work in USA)
Job Type : Permanent on TAAL Payroll
Project Duration : 1 to 2 Years Long Term Project May Extend based on Project
Experience Level – 10 to 15 Years
Work Location - Indianapolis, IN
· Extensive working knowledge of C#.
· WPF/XAML experience.
· Windows desktop application development experience.
· Team System 2010/2012 experience.
· Extensive working knowledge of Visual Studio 2010/2012.
· SQL experience. Microsoft SQL preferred.
· Working knowledge of Windows Services.
· Extensive working knowledge of object oriented design.
· Knowledge of multiple development languages and environments.
· Strong debugging, problem solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
· Application lifetime cycle knowledge required.
· Strong working knowledge of general computer hardware and its requirements.
Position Title : Sr. Executive Quality ISMS 27001 – ISO 27001 is Must
Job Type : Permanent
Base Job Location : Bangalore
Job Responsibilities:
· Develops and communicates the objectives and scope of the Quality Management
· Develops, implements and monitors quality improvement (QI) programs that are focused on generating better productivity and performance, aligned with company strategies
· Implements ISO 27001/ISO9001 standards
· Coordinates with stake holder on matters of concerns and provides recommendations for resolving such issues
· Ensures that all employees comply with the installed and implemented standards for performance
· Spearheads activities with regards to correction of system and non-conformity of processes
· Measuring and monitoring of process performance
· Time to time review of all functions to check the effective implementation of ISMS and QMS
· Acts as Training-In-Charge for established procedures
· In-charge of Management Review and Document Control
· Prepares all relevant and required documents and reports
· Ensures that all company policies and procedures are constantly followed and implements the corresponding action for violations
Job Requirements:
· Must be a graduate of any Engineering course with very good communication skills
· At least 3 years of related work experience, particularly in quality management acquired from an ISO accredited environment (worked in Engineering services company)
· Should have worked on projects at least for 1 year
· Certification / knowledge: ISO 27001: 2013 and ISO 9001:2008 internal auditor & Training
· Must have very good analytical skills, back-up with the technical capability to generate results and flexible
· Must be knowledgeable in the use of computers and all relevant software applications
· Must be knowledgeable on standards of information security systems & quality management
· Must have a keen eye for details, and must be thorough in accomplishing the tasks assigned
· Must have the tenacity for coordinating with various people in order to collect data's
· Self-starter, highly motivated, results-driven and must be able to handle pressure at all times with absolute professionalism
