I've knocked up a quick draft project plan for the GLEXP, in Microsoft project - just my estimate of what needs to be done, in the time we have: 18 months from today! See the attached one-pager plan. I mentioned in a previous thread that it would be useful to track our progress on a one-pager, at each team hangout, and I thought I'd make this example to illustrate the point. At first glance it looks like we have a tight schedule ahead of us.

Stu, this is awesome! The detail of this and as it relates to the GLEXP is really useful!

Do you think you could convert this to a google doc version like we have on out timeline/roadmap page: https://sites.google.com/site/dev4xmoonshoteducationproject/home-page/timeline/roadmap This way it would be easier for all to see and keep updated. This is something that should be done in conjunction with Misha: Misha at dev4x dot com

Also, I'll be sending you an email shortly about a campaign we are launching, I'd appreciate your help with that as it will directly impact all this work we want to accomplish.

Thank you Stu.

Hi Stu,
This project plan is impressive and a perfect tool to track the progress of this project.
Have you updated the original plan to reflect the current status of the project? If so, could you upload it here for us to have a look?
Regards,
Amita

Currently reading https://zapier.com/learn/the-ultimate-guide-to-remote-working/ (it's a 14-part ebook!)

Fascinating stuff. Very thorough and addresses many internal things we're trying to solve.
