Vote History

I was wondering whether we could use the vote_version table to create a non-edit view of countries vote history. Allow the filters, but no editing. Should be quite easy with the admin generator.

The only problem I see is when corrections are made to the votes, as this would not reflect the countries voting history, but rather a "correction" history. Maybe we could filter corrective votes somehow or use some "overwrite" logic.

tricky .. because the versioning is meant for rollback's of unwanted edits. so we would actually have to handle this separately .. so that the vote history would also be versioned ..
