Ivy file code completion

Hi,

FYI I've just committed code trying to implement Ivy file schema based code completion when no schema is specified (when the schema is specified, it works out of the box). I've followed examples I found for bpel support for instance, but it doesn't work as expected yet: completion is available only on root element (ivy-module) which is rather limited :-) I'm not sure the problem comes from my code, it's pretty simple, and I've checked in debug mode that I return what seems to be expected. Hence it's maybe a bug in netbeans schema based completion in the version of netbeans I use. I'll contact people from netbeans to get more information.
