Contribution to issues #50 #47

Hi ivybeans devs.

I contributed to solve the following issues

#50 partial (set ivy.home)
#47 set the default ivy cache to $HOME/.ivy2/cache

The patch is attached there and hope to clear all questions around the
contribution.

No problem to get and apply the patch. But since I have applied the patch I have problems with the ivy publish ant task.

I was trying to resolve the problem before commit. But if you want I can commit like this and will try to solve the problem later.
