Access to Jira?

Hello,

I seem to be unable to get comment access or issue creation access to the Jira instance at https://northerntech.atlassian.net.  I have an Atlassian login, but I can't use that login on the CFEngine Jira instance.  I can only read, and stay logged out.

Is this expected?  Am I doing something wrong, or is there some misconfiguration on the Jira instance?

The message I get is,

[my email] doesn't have access to Jira on northerntech.atlassian.net.
