Hosting Deuce juiced webapplications on Tomcat 6.0

Hello!
I haven't tried yet, but would it be enough if I just add javagent and
-Dorg.deuce.exclude to the Tomcat command-line script?
For instance
-javaagent:%CATALINA_HOME%\lib\deuceAgent.jar -
Dorg.deuce.exclude="org.junit.*,org.eclipse.*,org.apache.*,sun.*,hibernate"
