Next Meeting

Please refresh my memory, what is the next meeting date for the
network?

Hi all, and thanks Eufayba for reminding us that the next Network
meeting is quickly approaching--

According to our regular first Thursday of the month meeting
schedule, our next Network meeting is scheduled for May 7 @ 3 pm--

We still need to nail down a meeting space, so if anyone would like
to volunteer space for the meeting, please let us know by responding
to this email!

Also, please note that the Network Google Group site has all our
existing documents posted: summary meeting notes from the March and
April meetings, as well as the discussion draft of proposed
principles for the Network-- and some additional documents related
to the Community Grocery Store campaign--

For those who have not yet looked at the draft of principles, please
take a moment to look over this draft (brief), and we invite your
discussion and comments on these principles over the next two weeks
as we head into the next Network meeting on May 7--

Also, please remember that the advantage of the Google Group is that
any of you can use this site to post documents related to Detroit
community organizing work, or to initiate discussion with the entire
group--

You may also post messages to the entire group simply by sending an
email (using the email account you used to sign up for the Google
group) to the following email address--

DetroitC...@googlegroups.com

[The limitation with Google group emails is that if you try to use an
email account that is not the one you used to become a member of the
Google group, your email will not be delivered, so be sure to use the
email address you have listed to become member of the google group for
any communications with this Group]
