Dear Friends and Family,

With a heavy heart I want to share the following message to everyone:

Today on September 2nd, 2011 at 11:28 A.M. our dearly beloved father and husband, Dr. Mallesham Karnati, passed away.

He had been hospitalized on March 30th, 2011 due to a ruptured appendix. Complications were severe and he underwent several surgeries. Over the past five months he had been recovering and made a lot of progress. However, in the past month, due to so many severe infections, his already emaciated body could not handle it anymore.

He has always been an exceptional father and husband. We consider ourselves the luckiest people in the world to have had him in our presence. He was a beloved husband for 22 years to Umarani Komatireddy and a beloved father for 20 years to Tejas Karnati.  We love him dearly, we miss him dearly.

I love you dad, I will never forget you. You will always be in my heart and in my soul.

Viewing will be from 9 A.M. to 11 A.M. on Sunday, September 4th, 2011. The eulogy will be given at 11:00 A.M.

From the depths of our hearts, we thank you for attending Dr. Mallesham Karnati's funeral service. It was overwhelming to see the scores of people who filled the hall and shared their heartfelt love for my father along with our family. You have all reminded us that he meant something special to everyone.
 
No words can describe how much we thank you for the expressions of sympathy and all the help you provided us during our moment of sorrow. We are truly grateful for your friendship and support.

As per tradition, on the 11th day of his passing, on Monday, September 12th, 2011 , there will be a special pooja from 2 P.M. - 4 P.M. followed by Dinner starting from 6:30 PM .  The venue is our house: 20681 Josie Ct, Livonia, MI, 48152 . Those who cannot make it to the pooja, please come to the dinner at 6:30 PM. Please come and pray for his soul to rest
in peace. We know it would mean so much to our family and most importantly to Dr. Mallesham Karnati as well.
