Drew Anderson looked good again today in the Tigers 2-1 loss to the Twins.  2.2 IP, 1 hit, 1 walk, 0 runs, 4 Ks.

Cautiously optimistic Anderson might be surprisingly effective.  We need him to be good to offset the loss of Melton and Olson.  

No word yet on whether Melton will need TJS.  He's trying to rehab the UCL without surgery for now. I'd hate to waste half the season trying to rehab and then he needs surgery anyway, but I understand trying to avoid the surgery.
