Can we bring Alfredo Simon out of retirement and trade him for Suarez?

Alfredo Simon actually pitched in the Venezuelan and Dominican Winter leagues this past year.  He's 43.  
He's one of the last guys I would have thought would still be pitching in his 40s.  He was always overweight, and I'm surprised he didn't end up in prison or dead given his legal troubles (he beat a manslaughter charge and a rape accusation when he was younger).

If the D-Backs would accept something like Malloy and say, Manning, for Suarez that would be ok, but I don't want to give up much more than that.
We really need bullpen help more than we need Suarez (not saying that Suarez wouldn't help the offense, but we need relief pitching more).
