We’ve got to be happy with the pro debut from Edian Espinal.  The 10th round pick was totally under the radar but has been fantastic so far. Catchers that can hit are hard to come by!

 He’s 21 at Lakeland, so hopefully he’ll get a promotion soon.  Mastering advanced A at his age would be a bigger signal.

Pretty cool: He has more walks than strikeouts.  His numbers are pretty much what he did in his one year in the Big 12 (.333/.431/.483 at Lakeland vs. .335/.434/.470 in college).

The 10th round out of college isn't entirely a shot in the dark for the draft.  He's right at the average age for his league according to Baseball Reference [1].  He doesn't have a huge number of pro ABs (120) yet, so small-sample-size caveats apply.
