Non-Tigers: Orioles and Rays trade

The Rays traded SP Shane Baz to the Orioles for four prospects and a competitive balance "A" pick.

Two of the prospects were Baltimore's top two draft picks this summer and the other two players in the trade seem like decent prospects.

Baz certainly has talent and youth and is on a team-friendly contract but that seems like a LOT to give up for a guy that's not a top of the line starter.
