As per Tigers PR on twitter. 

Zach Short has been brought up. Jace Jung sent back down to Toledo. RHP Grant Holman who was claimed off waivers from the Dodgers on April 11 was DFA'd to make room on the 40-man roster.

Obviously Jung going 1 for 4 with two walks in his 6 plate appearances was completely unacceptable.

Short bats righty.  Do they want add a righty hitter who can play SS for a couple of games?  

The Tigers face a righty (Leiter) tonight, a lefty vs. Boston on Monday (Tolle), and then a righty (Bello) vs. Boston on Tuesday.

I'm guessing Short will be sent down after McKinstry is activated this week.  Jung was probably going to be sent down for McKinstry anyway.

Torres had some pain in his side yesterday.  Sounds like it's not that bad, but he's not in the lineup tonight.  Another reason for bringing up the righty infielder Short.
